Problems with Your Order - contact us immediately by using the contact us at the top of the website or by replying to the shipping notice, you may also call us at 704-658-0758 and we will handle your problem quickly. If an item arrived broken do not ship it back we will send you a replacement and a label to send the broken item back to us. Make your broken or damaged request within 5 days of getting the item please so we can contact our delivery service.
Shipping Methods Available - All orders ship from our Warehouse in North Carolina. The East coast and most of the midwest is 2 business day delivery after shipping. The Midwest, and Tx are 3-4 days business days and the west coast is 4-5 business days from ship date.
Expedited Shipping- 3 day, 2nd day and overnight shipping occasionally is held up by bad weather. if this happens we apologize but we can not refund the cost as we have already paid it to Fedex or Ups. Fedex And Ups do not refund shipping if the delay is because weather or anything else they do not have control over. They will refund the charge if the delay is caused by them.

2nd day starts at $25 and goes up by amount and location. If the item or items are very heavy you may be contacted with additional charges and shipping options.

2nd day or overnight on heavy orders may be more then the computer estimates. If it is we will contact you before shipping for your approval. If it is less we will credit you. After you enter your address and choose your shipping hit apply and the cart will give you your shipping costs.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped Priority mail only.
There may be a slight additional charge for Alaska or Hawaii.
International Customers - We ship through the Post office only. You will be contacted by email for shipping approval. Shipping will be added by us after you place the order and we have weighed it. We charge you only what the post office charges us. We ship Priority International mail or Express only.International orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder only. You may be charged customs on your end by your country. We are sorry but we have no control over that and we have no way of knowing how much the customs will be in advance. If there is a customs or duty fee there will need to be someone at the address to pay it when it is delivered. If a package is refused or sent back to us because it could not be delivered we will not refund the shipping costs. Those costs are paid from us to the Post office and they do not refund us if it is not delivered. It is illegal for us to mismark the prices in a package or mark it as a gift so please do not ask. As of Feb 7th 2011 we will no longer ship first class mail due to recent lost packages.
Return/exchange Policy - We have a 30 day return policy on all merchandise most of the year. Credits will be done for the cost of the merchandise only. We do not refund shipping in either direction. We credit the credit card you charged with or your paypal account depending on how you paid. Clothing/swimwear must have all tags and liners. Clothing/swimwear may not be returned if it has been worn, smells of cologne, is snagged, or is covered in powder. Please try on clothing and swimwear carefully as it will only be accepted for return if it is returned in the same condition it is sent to you in. Any gift item(s) that comes in special boxes or packing must be returned in this same package.
If an item is broken or damaged on the one to you please contact us within 3-5 days. Do not ship back damaged merchandise until we have spoken to you by email or phone.
Process - fill out the return form or include the original packing slip. Be sure your name and phone number are legible and included inside the package in case we have questions.
