We have been a respected and trusted retailer for years. Laraine's was opened by
Laraine in Fishermen's Village Punta Gorda, Fl in fall 1982. Laraine's Swimwear and Resortwear won many awards for being the best swim/resort shop in Charlotte County and Southwest Florida. All of our merchandise is new and purchased directly from the manufacturers. Laraine still owns and runs Laraine's along with a handful of trusted employees. She started a small website in the late 90's selling gifts online and on Ebay. In 2000 she opened this website and it has grown and now carries thousands of items online. In 2006 we closed our store and now sell only online. Previously Laraine also owned a plus size store and shoe store in Fishermen's village and a gift shop in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. She also ran Rainy's advertising and did TV and radio commercials for her businesses and others.

Placing an online order. If the item will not go in the cart we are temporarily out of that size or item. Click on the link(words) below the item picture you are interested in. this will take you to a page with a description and order button. If needed choose your color and size then click order. This will take you to the shopping basket. Click on continue to shop more or click on checkout if your done. Then fill in all information. If you aren't comfortable using a credit card on line you may choose "Mail in a money order", paypal, or fax or call with a credit card number" I will email you instructions. Most important part of the order is the completion stage. After filling in all of your information go to the bottom of the page and click on submit. You will now see a copy of your order and an order number. Within 10 minutes you will get a confirmation email. If you do not get this email call or email us as your order did not go through or you entered your email address incorrectly.

RETURN-exchange POLICY ONLY
Merchandise purchased may be returned for a full refund or exchange excluding shipping for 30 days-as long as it is unworn (trying on is fine) and in original, resellable, condition.

Holiday decorations, ornaments, and clothing MUST be returned before Christmas. When returning to us we will use the postmark date not the arrival date on our end. We do not refund the cost of shipping in either direction. If exchanging you will be charged a shipping fee to send out the exchanged item. We will charge the credit card used on your original order or we will send you a paypal request when original items arrives. We ship exchanges the same day or next business day after original items arrives.
Clothing/swimwear must have all tags and liners. Clothing/swimwear may not be returned if it has been worn, smells of cologne, is snagged, or is covered in powder. Please try on clothing and swimwear carefully as it will only be accepted for return if it is returned in the same condition it is sent to you in. Any gift item(s) that come in special boxes or packing must be returned in this same package.

2nd day and Next day goes out Monday thru Friday the day you order if we get the order by one EST. Heavy items may cost more if sent by Fedex and you will be contacted with price. Alaska and Hawaii cost extra and I'll email or call you amounts.
2nd day air Takes 2 business days. There is no delivery on Sat or Sunday.
All International orders are shipped via the US post office only. I am willing to ship to Canada, most of Europe, Bahamas, and Australia. international customer will be charged actual shipping charges. All other countries will be on a case by case basis. Email me and I will check on the rates. Any International shipments will be contacted by email with the shipping costs for approval before I ship if it is more then $15.00 for shipping or if you pay by paypal. Shipping will be added by us after you place the order and we have weighed it. We charge you only what the post office charges us. We ship Priority International mail or Express only. As of Feb 7th we will no longer ship first class mail due to a recent lost package.
Also we do not ship Nigeria or Africa. International orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder only. You may be charged customs on your end by your country. We have no control over that and we have no way of knowing how much the customs will be. It is illegal for us to mismark the prices in a package or mark it as a gift. We will not break this law so please do not ask.
